You might look at her and say, “This is a girl who doesn’t know how it feels to be unattractive.” But that is far from the truth. She's not tall, sexy, or incredibly beautiful, and she wasn’t born with the gift of confidence; she learned this late in life. In fact, she grew up with an inferiority complex that was rooted in the idea that she didn’t fit the standard model of beauty.

She had fallen a lot of times in seemingly endless pits of despair over her looks, but she kept on crawling back up into the bright, sun-lit world with the help of two hobbies: writing and eating. She pursued these hobbies and turned them into a passion that engulfs her to this day. There’s just so much to learn and write about in this world that she felt the need to master these things that she loves.

Olivia Rose studied Nutrition, paying for tuition fees with her savings built from an erratic income. She freelanced as a writer, worked part-time as a chef’s assistant, had some odd jobs, and went through a lot of memorable experiences that helped her shed her insecurity and gained some amazing friends that soon became some of her first readers.

"To be honest, I wouldn’t know what I’d be doing right now if they hadn’t been supportive. Their constructive comments on my amateur writing projects and their patience with my cooking helped me turn into what I am today: a writer who wants to help the world by living a good life and sharing how it’s done through healthy, delicious food.
