Cyndi Roberts is a yoga therapist and author devoted to helping people feel better in their bodies and calmer in their lives. Her work blends accessible yoga, meditation, breath-centered practices, somatic embodiment and gentle mindfulness with language that speaks to the heart. Grounded in lived experience, she rebuilt her life after a 12 year battle with severe depression, anxiety, addiction, a misdiagnosis of bipolar disorder and auto-immune disorder.
Through steady practice—meditation, yoga, breathwork, spirituality, exercise and nourishing food—she transformed pain into purpose and supported nervous-system healing. She has guided thousands of therapeutic sessions and workshops focused on pain relief, nervous-system support and whole-person wellness.
