Victor Simpson

Victor Simpson was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia. He spent a year living in California with his parents when he was eight and then the family moved back to Victoria. He graduated from Mount View High School in Victoria and worked at various jobs as an apprentice mechanic, a doorman at a hotel, a longshoreman and other laboring jobs while he attended university in Nelson, BC for his undergraduate degree. Victor obtained his Master's degree in sociology from the University of Waterloo in Ontario during which time he taught first year sociology to engineering students. While writing his thesis he worked for the Federal Government as a computer programmer. After he finished his Master's Degree he attended the University of British Columbia where he completed his law degree. Victor now practices law in Victoria, BC. He is an avid baseball fan and travels throughout North America to attend major league baseball games. Victor has been writing since 1995 and The Berwick Chronicles is the first book he has published. Victor is married and has two sons.
