Tom Malone

Tom Malone was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, where he learned to love rain, coffee, and books. He spent time exploring the city, the forest, and the coast. Malone studied journalism and history at the University of Oregon, Spanish at la Universidad de Oviedo, and earned his master’s degree from the University of Portland.

He has taken dozens of road trips throughout the United States and continues to travel throughout the world. Currently, Malone teaches secondary English near Denver, Colorado, where he camps, fishes, hikes, and snowboards often.
