Annette Phillips

Annette Phillips, Brooklyn born in August 1961, She moved with her family to the U.S. Virgin Islands for High School and College, becoming the Virgin Islands Police Department's first Tourist Oriented Police Supervisor and Spokesperson before retirement in 2005. She wrote "Island Fantasies"-Truth in Travel, as a "precautionary tale" of the Islands she once Patrolled and Protected, to give the readers an example of what could occur in America's Playgrounds. Phillips continues in her future writings about Health and Beauty and Nutrition. Her home is now in Colorado, USA.
