I am a product of Texas, daughter of Pastor C. C. Haynes, (Cavitt Cambel). Growing up, I didn’t understand much of what my father preached. As an adult, serious about knowing the ways of God, I found Him to be a God of Love, a Forgiving God, and a Merciful God. I understood that God is also a Jealous God, who eventually will punish us for ignoring His requirements, unless, we confess our disobedience and ask forgiveness. Loving, responsible, parents guide their children accordingly: with love; guidance; discipline; and more love.

To discover what God wanted me to do, and learn what I longed to know, I began studying the Bible and doing serious research. I braved the challenge to teach a Sunday School class, began writing Bible lessons for small groups, and the National Baptist Convention of America. My voracious appetite for knowledge and helping others learn God’s Word led me to writing books. My Bible Puzzles aim to make Bible study a joy. Researching Genesis took years, and shaped the ‘Genesis Men’ series which highlights the beginning of our ancestry from Adam thru Jacob's Twelve Tribes.
