Myles Gorospe

Born and raised in the Philippines, Myles never aspired to become an author. However, he loved to write and was passionate about telling a story the way only he could. As a young boy, one of the first books he read was JRR Tolkien's epic masterpiece, The Lord of the Rings. Needless to say, it took a while for him to finish but he brought those books with him everywhere he went. After he was done, he realized that he wanted to do the same thing that Tolkien did. He wanted to share his thoughts about a story that he created in his head. In 1997, after leaving an entire lifetime back home, he moved to the United States. He finally was able to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a published author in 2015. Now, calling New Jersey his home, he continues to enjoy chasing the written word onto the next story he will tell. C.S. Lewis said that "You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream". Go and do so, there's nothing stopping you.
