Gabrielle discovered the art of the handwritten letter at an early age, in elementary school to be exact. In fifth grade, her teacher gave her a penpal and so began what was a very short-lived written relationship. Gabrielle is almost certain her and her penpal did not make it past their introductions; but, some relationships just do not last! Gabrielle immediately learned that handwritten correspondence was much more enjoyable when at her leisure.

Since then, Gabrielle still sends handwritten correspondence to her friends and family whenever she gets the change – which is often.

Today, she lives in Somerville, Massachusetts and is a Master’s of Arts candidate at Emerson College studying Integrated Marketing Communications. When she’s not studying or curating, you’ll probably find her reading or binge watching a Netflix series.

But she’ll always return to handwriting letters some way or other.
