ROB KORNBLUM has spent twenty-five years growing, funding, and creating new companies, helping to grow businesses in a diverse range of industries including technology, health care, consumer services, and media. He is currently CEO of Competitive Solutions, Inc., (CSI) an international Business Transformation consulting firm headquartered in Raleigh, NC. CSI pioneered the acclaimed organizational development system known as Process Based Leadership®, a business transformation methodology that has driven bottom-line results for 3M, Alcon, Pfizer, Harley-Davidson, Rockline, US Army, and dozens of other clients.

He has been an executive in numerous high-growth companies, a startup founder, former venture capitalist and Kauffman Fellow. He has appeared in the Huffington Post, Inc. Magazine, Business dot com, and numerous blogs. He is a frequent author and speaker about corporate culture, including TED. Rob lives in the Boston area with his wife and three sons.
