Thomas has built up, as a member of the global leadership team, post merger integration practice in the USA and Europe

Thomas also has extensive IPO experience including crafting equity stories and marketing to fund managers globally.

His merger integration spans a wider range of industries incl. telecom services, telecom equipment, technology (hardware electronics, software, IT services), paper, medtech, speciality chemicals, automotive supplier, capital goods, industrial packaging.
