Rebecca Ledford is the Manager and Editor-in-Chief of Phase 5 Publishing, LLC. Phase 5 is a small publisher of science fiction, fantasy and horror fiction and art based in Western North Carolina. A lifelong fan of the genres, she wanted to help talented authors and artists make their work accessible to the ravenous fans of the genre.
