Jay Craig (1965-2040?) is an American writer of two books- 'the Scottish Buddhist Cookbook, Another Book of Mormon', and 'Braveliver, A Bipolar Guide to Working in Seattle'.
'the Scottish Buddhist Cookbook, Another Book of Mormon', is a collection of short stories, crock pot recipes, and some Scottish Buddhist propaganda. It is a brutally honest account of the author's experience with manic depression, and it contains a very handy guide on how (and why) to make a bagpipe.
'Braveliver' is a guide to living and working with bipolar disorder in Seattle and tells the amazing true story of Elmer Fisher, the most-certainly manic depressive architect who rebuilt Seattle after the Great Fire of 1889. The number of buildings that Elmer Fisher designed and oversaw the construction of would be utterly unbelievable if many of these were not still standing today. In 'Braveliver', Mr Fisher finally gets the recognition he deserves. 'Braveliver' also includes a walking tour of his remaining buildings, and several short stories of the author's many, many jobs in Seattle, and why he quit them all.
