Lars Witell

My name is Lars Witell and I do research on service innovation together with companies such as Ericsson, Volvo, SKF, ICA and IKEA. During the last 10 to 15 years, I have been working on understanding about service and service innovation in retailing, manufacturing and health care.

I have been teaching and consulting on service innovation - and have been missing a good read that builds a foundation to understand service innovation. Together with my friends, we now have written such a book - have a nice read.
