Pietro del Fabro

Pietro del Fabro is a designer, sculptor and writer. He has completed public art commissions in South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., New Jersey and New York. His interest in the Civil War developed early. He was a United States History major at Hobart College and later served in the U. S. Army Infantry. He received a citation for meritorious service from the American Legion for creating the West Windsor Veterans’ Monument and an award from the National Art Honor Society for artistic contributions to the community. In 2008, he designed the American Civil War Memorial in Waterloo, NY. The memorial was noted by CBS TV as a Top Five Must-See Civil War Era Site in New York State.
