Having a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Antonio Barros has a lifetime of experience in the field of spiritual psychology and eastern religion, teaching others about the essence of solving their inner problems. Antonio has travelled the world seeking for answers to understanding himself and society around him, a practice that has enriched him and sparked his interest in topics beyond psychology, such as Buddhism, Mindfulness, Chakras and Minimalism.

His frugal lifestyle originated from his hometown in central Italy, where Antonio grew up in a poor family and a small farmer’s home. From a young age, he started writing stories about observations he made within the Catholic community around him. Writing has always remained a passion – and now his lifetime of knowledge and experience in the psychological and spiritual fields, has translated into the art of writing helpful books.
