I serve as the executive director of our educational nonprofit, Peace of Mind Inc.. I'm also the co-author of the Peace of Mind Curriculum Series and managing editor for the Henry and Friends storybook series. I am lucky to work closely with Peace of Mind authors and educators Linda Ryden and Jillian Diesner. The mindfulness, kindness and conflict resolution skills taught through the Peace of Mind curriculum series can be transformative for students and schools, and I truly hope you find these books helpful to you and the children you care about.

Cheryl holds a BA in Economics and East Asian Studies from Princeton University and an MBA with a focus in public and nonprofit management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a long time mindfulness practitioner, trained massage therapist and Reiki Master. Cheryl lives in Maryland with her family.
