Karen Aken

Karen Aken has always had a strong interest in fitness, nutrition, and natural remedies. In 2013 she received a Personal Trainer Certification while she was working on her B.Sc. in Health & Wellness. Soon after completing her degree she received a Therapeutic Exercise Specialist Certification and then became a Certified Health Coach. While working as a private health coach, she decided to create simple weight loss and improved health guides in order to reach more people.
