Adele Marsh MCIPD is an experienced Operations Director and former HR Business Partner with 25 years of practical management experience in various business sectors. Now Managing Director of Progero Ltd inn Northern Ireland, Adele continues to write about Personal Development and Leadership.

History:

Adele gained Chartered Membership of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in 2012 and went on to found My HR Business Partner, an HR and Management consultancy, in 2014 delivering both strategic and operational advice to SMEs across the UK.

In 2022 Adele took over Clearout NI, Northern Ireland's only Social Enterprise supporting people with Hoarding Disorder and Diogenes Disorder.
