The Story Behind Zam The Super Dog

In 2013, Binau's nine-year-old son Andy had secretly written a book about a super pup. He had lost a friend to brain cancer, and the book was a gift to his sister. The book became a part of a donation program for hospitalized children and received support from several large foundations, including OLE KIRKS FOND, a Danish charity named after the founder of LEGO.

Andy Binau b. 2004 is a published author, public speaker, high school student, and co-author of the ICAN Grief workbook.

He is involved in Grief Heroes Foundation and works as a social media strategist responsible for community outreach programs.
