Catriona Turner

Catriona Turner is a writer and editor living in Aberdeen, UK. She recently returned with her family after fourteen years living abroad in France, Uganda, the Republic of Congo, and Denmark.

'Nest' is her first book. She has also contributed to the anthologies 'Life on the Move' and 'Once Upon an Expat', and she wrote a regular column for 'The International' in Denmark.

Catriona is passionate about building quiet community. On Instagram, she created the 'May on the Move' challenge, which brings together globally minded creators every year to connect and share insights. She hosts a 'Creative Coffee' every week to share motivation with fellow writers.

When she's not working with books and words, Catriona is usually in a rehearsal or on a stage, or watching old films with some geeky cross-stitch in her hands.
