Rudi Heinrich

Rudi is an interpretive park ranger at Big Cypress National Preserve and an active member of the United States Navy Reserve. In his free time, Rudi likes to delve deeply into any historical topic (just ask him) – whether it be a conversation with a good friend, a willing stranger (soon to be a newfound friend) or by reading a book. Oh yes, and above all else, Rudi reads lots (and lots and lots) of books and, judging from his conversations, remembers every word. Rudi is a native of Florida and an ardent student of its history, too.
