Robert Peopall is an experienced digital business and technology transformation and mergers, acquisitions and divestment specialist. Robert has worked for a number of major global organisations including Ernst & Young, HP Enterprise, Cincom and CSC for a large number of clients including Rolls Royce, DaimlerChrysler, Ericsson, Alcatel, GEC and Aviva.

In 2016, Robert published his first book "Business, Survival, Innovation and Growth - Secrets of the Leading Management Consultants - Solving Complex Business Problems By Running Corporate Diagnostics". The book aims to help clients and consultants to run diagnostic projects / engagements that lay the foundation for effective business transformation and change by delivering the recommendations, the roadmap and the business case to justify the change.

Robert is the Managing Director of Aspire Performance Improvement Ltd which is an Executive Training, Advisory and Consulting Services company that specialises in 3 distinct areas: (1) Running Short Sharp Maturity Assessments and Digital Self-Service Business Diagnostic engagements (2) Driving Growth through Consultative Selling and Strategic Account Growth Planning training and support services (3) M&A Services: Optimising Value from Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestments, and Due Diligence to support transactions from both a buy side and sell side perspective.
