From Loughshinny, Dublin, Ireland. After many travels of the world's towns, cities and states, anyone from Loughshinny will tell you, there is nowhere better to grow up in the world.
Life has thrown some curveballs my direction and it is the daily chore to fight through and continue not to allow the harsh reality bring my personal well being lower than needs to be.
The loss I have encountered is indeed many parents worst nightmare. The loss I speak of
of, my two sons in two separate tragic, sudden deaths.
Though I have lived a fruitful life, meeting some of the greatest human beings on the planet and have been fortunate at every turn, now it has become a normal part of living to grieve having had such experiences of loss.
I keep my babies with me everyday and have shared with the world the stories of my adventures and my darkest days. There is nothing special about me, I just see that "it is what it is", some call it strength, many cannot understand and probably never will. Stubborn "Irish~ness" is a great excuse to continue forward, ask any Irish man, lol.
Currently in my 40's, there is no real message or theme but to say this,
"to all you parents out there, cherish every waking hour with your very special babies."
The 80's were a great time to grow up. Being a protector came natural to me as with the larger than life personality and frame, the universe has knocked me down but I got right back up only to be knocked again and again. Accepting the facts is always tough, so I search for forgiveness to this universe everyday to break the shackles.
"Hurt is a prison and I from a very young young age refused
to be held prisoner in or ever conform to."
This is surely what has led to my winding and twisting life thus far.
In my award winning 4th book. Layman's Handbook, in life. "simple tools to change how we live"
I offer you some simple steps and daily routine changes to help bring about a comfort in your own skin feeling and an appetite for life.
Layman's Handbook is very much my go to method for survival and discovery of SELF.
