Aviva Hermelin

Aviva Hermelin has a unique talent to both write and illustrate the stories that she wants to tell to children.

As an avid reader of classics for children, and with her experience working in pre-schools in Israel and the United States, Aviva has mastered the techniques of communicating concepts to young children through her artistry.

In her first series, the “Animals Build Character” series fulfills Aviva’s dream to bring character-building stories, with animals as the focus, to young children.

She has now started her second series, Jewish Values, which presents stories featuring children as they learn the appropriate response to new or difficult situations, based on Jewish values.

"I want to thank G-d for having blessed me with a love of reading, writing, graphic design and animals, and my own unique way of integrating them with each other.
