Amrinder Arora

Prof. Amrinder Arora is a faculty member in the computer science department at The George Washington University, where he teaches graduate classes in Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence. His focus areas are artificial intelligence, algorithms, machine learning and data analytics.

Dr. Arora is also the Chief Executive Officer of ClayHR, where he spearheads the company’s strategic direction and growth, focusing on delivering cutting-edge HR technology to global markets. He oversees product development, customer success, and business operations, ensuring that ClayHR remains at the forefront of the HR software industry. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its global footprint, particularly in emerging markets.

Dr. Arora earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and masters and doctorate degrees in computer science from The George Washington University.
