Sandra Vincent-Guy

Sandra Vincent-Guy was born in Christchurch, New Zealand. She grew up in a middle class family and has lived mostly in Australasia in her adult life. She currently resides in Auckland, New Zealand and is a very proud Mother of two extremely motivated and successful adult daughters of Maori descent.

Sandra has experienced the foster system as a teenager, is a cancer survivor and has overcome many other very challenging circumstances in her life. She can also identify very well with the impact of suicide and depression, and their effects on immediate family members and others.

She discovered very early on and through her own life lessons that her past did not need to negatively govern her choices, direction or successes in the future. Sandra is also self-taught business woman who has worked in Australasia and globally, assisting people and organisations with her expertise to provide learning and efficiency to manage positive change, including life and business coaching. She has contributed to the success of many projects in federal, state and local government including education (tertiary and non-tertiary), community services, immigration and others. Her achievements also include assisting hundreds of private small to large businesses in a very vast range of industries, and has owned and operated several small businesses both in New Zealand and Australia.

Her qualifications include Project Management, Instructional Design, Training, Training Development and Assessment. She is also a Certified Process Professional (CPP) Master of Business Process Management, a fully experienced Business and Systems Design Analyst, and a Justice of the Peace.

Sandra provides motivational consultancy services, conducts workshops, and created the Take Charge! program specifically designed to the needs of the person/s or organisation needing positive change in life and/or work, to be better aligned with goals, growth and/or restructure. She is available for speaking engagements to share with others how she has overcome some huge challenges in her own life with a positive outlook, knowledge, hard work and support, and how to excel to their greatest potential.
