Mick Kelly

I was born in the magnificent city of Liverpool and after various wanderings I now live just across the river Mersey from my home town.

A couple of years ago I quit work in IT to become a full-time author. As a freelance programmer I had plenty of time in hotels around Britain, Europe and the U.S. with only a laptop and cable T.V. for company. I had plenty of time to indulge my lifelong hobby of writing. This was immensely enjoyable and had the additional benefit of keeping me out of the bar.

Finishing and editing the resulting books has been unalloyed pleasure. I hope they will provide some of the same for you.

Outside of writing, I get my kicks by playing music - especially Celtic music.
