Michael Baughman

Rev. Michael Baughman is a United Methodist pastor with experience as a church planter, fundraiser, and nonprofit executive in Dallas, Texas. where he founded Union Coffee. He currently serves as Executive Director, Development & Operations for the General Commission on Archives and History of the United Methodist Church and previously served the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry.

Mike's day-to-day life focuses on practices of Wonder, Grief and Gratitude.

A graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary and Duke University, Mike speaks and consults on fundraising, clergy well-being, and helping pastors re-imagine their call to ministry. He has experience speaking at conferences, seminaries, Annual Conferences, ecumenical gatherings and TEDxSMU. He's currently enrolled at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University because why not get a third Masters degree.
