Keith Missel

Keith Missel was born in Buffalo, New York on May 24, 1959. His father died when he was in junior high and his mother Marilyn raised her three sons out of complete love and devotion.

He has been married for 33 years to Ellen and they have been blessed with three young adult children who currently are pursuing higher education.

Keith did not grow up in a Christian environment and regretfully understands how contaminated the clay of a person's life can become.

However, at age 19, the gracious hands of the Potter began to form the clay of his life and that molding has continued for over three decades.

The Potter’s shaping involved earning a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Missions from Cairn University, a Master of Divinity from Columbia International University, and a Doctor of Ministry through the Beeson Institute For Advanced Church Leadership from Asbury Theological Seminary.

The Potter’s transformation has also included thirty years of pastoral ministry in North America and church planting overseas. His first published book, Living Clay, highlights many of these transformational experiences in the local church and on the mission field.
