She is the Founder and CEO of CJ Young Consulting, LLC, where she helps organizations strengthen human-centric knowledge management practices. She wrote the multi-award-winning book The Knowledge Management Memory Jogger, contributed chapters to four other books—including a Harvard Business Review book, Overcoming Ageism—and is a monthly contributor to Forbes. Dr. Young holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Project Management and multiple professional certifications, including PMP, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and ASQ-Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
