Whitney Walpole has been a trusted partner and professional leadership coach to hundreds of business owners and executive teams over the past 18 years. After teaching in public schools early in her career, Whitney cofounded a private school and later a software development company. She later founded Culture Counts, a firm offering coaching and consulting to leaders who want to increase their effectiveness and self-awareness.
