Roz Brown, was the founder of Brighter Day Ministry A support Organization for Single Moms. This ministry ran for 10 years. Her work in this ministry won her the award of Outstanding woman of the year in 2011 presented by Raytown Women of today. She once again was presented this honor of Woman of the year by Muehler Magazine. The Ministry was dissolved in 2017 in order that Roz may continue to pursue her passion as a Christian writer and speaker. Roz is also a well known poet, whose specialties are home going poems. She is sought after to write these specialized personal poems for loved ones who have gone home. She currently is writing with Imperium Publishing. Her writing is inspired by God! She's written to date 5 books. I'll never leave thee nor forsake thee a study guide for the single mom was her very first book. A Legacy in Poetry was her second, So you wanna Be a Help Meet -Act Like a Godly woman think like Christ followed. She's completed the second part of her Now what series. Which started with Now what A 52 Week Journal for women, followed with her newly released Novel Now What? A Love Story! which has a sequel to be possibly released in the fall of 2022. She's a native Missourian and hopes to retire in a warmer climate one day. She's mother, grandmother, Minister, Poet, Inspirational Speaker and Lyricist. She wears many hats but loves the hat of Grandmother the most!!!
