Bo Jackson was born in San Antonio, Texas, and currently resides in the Dallas area. He is a husband, dad, and grand-father who has been blessed with a wonderful wife of 36 years, three awesome married kids, and four grandkids (so far!).
In third grade, Bo sang in the Alamo wearing a coonskin cap. In 1975 he lived in a war zone in Angola, Africa, where he was briefly detained by armed guerilla soldiers.
He may just be one of the most prolific shingle salesmen of all time, and has been known for years as "the Poet Laureate" of Owens Corning, where he has worked for 34 years.
Bo says that he is "an ordinary guy whose life has been changed by an extraordinary book," and he is a long-time Sunday School Teacher and Young Life Leader.
