Besides writing his unique brand of Science Fiction, Michael is also a father of two and a veteran. He was born in Melbourne, Florida and has lived in that area for most of his life. He did manage to travel the world during his ten years in the U.S. Air Force, but eventually settled back in the Melbourne area. He enjoys fly fishing, shooting pistols competitively and sitting down to read a good book.
