Brianna Greenspan

Brianna Greenspan is an author, speaker, wellness expert, and the founder and CEO of Brianna Greenspan International (BGI), an educational consulting firm dedicated to fostering resilience and culture change within schools, organizations, and communities. Brianna’s work spans personal development, chronic illness advocacy, and educational wellness, providing resources and tools to support individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving their fullest potential.

Brianna’s journey with chronic illness began at birth, and her diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome at 23 profoundly shaped her mission to help others cultivate resilience. After facing years of misdiagnoses, mobility challenges, and a life-changing surgery that temporarily took away her ability to walk, Brianna turned her health struggles into an opportunity for advocacy, innovation, and empowerment.

Her co-authored book, The Book of Questions: Living with Chronic Illness, offers a self-reflection guide designed to support individuals with invisible chronic illnesses, helping them navigate their journey with clarity, emotional strength, and resilience. Brianna’s advocacy extends to her role as a consultant and contributor to the global recognition of hereditary alpha tryptasemia (HaT), a rare genetic condition, where her work with the National Institutes of Health and Gene By Gene has contributed to over 200 published research papers and increased awareness of the condition worldwide.

One of Brianna’s notable contributions to the educational space is her co-authorship of The Miracle Morning Art of Affirmations, a positive coloring book designed for both adults and children. This resource is currently being utilized in thousands of academic settings across the U.S., helping students and educators develop intentional daily practices that promote emotional regulation, focus, resilience, and personal growth.

Through BGI, Brianna has worked to enhance the culture and climate of communities for all stakeholders in order to cultivate resilience and infuse well-being throughout the entire community. Her work focuses on creating environments where students, educators, parents, and caregivers can thrive by fostering emotional regulation, focus, and personal growth. Using simple, intentional habits, Brianna empowers individuals and organizations to thrive in the face of challenges. Her approach blends leadership development, resilience strategies, and emotional health, proving that small, consistent actions can create lasting change both in individual lives and within communities.

Brianna’s philosophy is grounded in the belief that everyone has the ability to cultivate hope, strength, and peace, no matter the challenges they face. Her books, workshops, and coaching are a testament to her mission of helping others transform adversity into opportunity, creating environments where people are supported, empowered, and able to reach their full potential.
