K. R. Jensen

I received my Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Albert Einstein College of Medicine (in NYC) and then worked at Duke University as an electrophysiologist, developing and testing new tools for manipulating neural circuits in the brain. Now, I am Chief Science Officer of ExstoBio, where I design plant-based therapeutics for conditions like epilepsy and autism.

I play soccer, some instruments, and am perpetually following the planets and the stars. I aim to write novels that make people ponder the limits of the human brain and body, technological and biological evolutions, and the mysteries surrounding what we think we know of world history. My next novel, An Evolution of Worlds, is coming in 2024.
