James Mitchell

James Mitchell, an Amazon bestselling author born in Conroe, Texas during the birth of the Civil Rights Movement. It was books he read about the Civil Rights era that inspired his first book "Black History that Matters: The American Tapestry." He is a tireless student of positive American history.

In his second book "Kingdom Expressions: Prayers and Prose" he shares another one of his topics of passion, which is spirituality. The book Kingdom Expressions, displays a collection of inspirational and spiritual conversations from deep within his soul. The prose in the book are recreation of remarkable biblical laced stories of inspiration and uplift.

On many occasions when speaking to audiences they can often hear him lamenting that he never expected to become a bestselling author with his poetic writings. He often states that, his only desire was to have a voice and a platform to express his inner thoughts.

In the Amazon bestselling book "Poetic Pearls & Gems With Purpose" is a literary collaborative project composed out the hearts, minds, and souls of magnificent Poets, dynamic Authors, and wonderful Writers.

While being honored to be apart of a bestselling project was a shock he remains poised for this literary moment. And looks forward to continuing writing to inspire, encourage, and uplift the readers.
