Born in New Jersey and now based in Georgia, she has been writing since her teenage years and began her professional journey in her mid-twenties.

Her work often weaves themes of depression, anxiety, and healing into compelling narratives, creating deeply relatable characters and powerful storytelling that resonates with readers. As a passionate mental health advocate, Birdy uses her writing as a voice for awareness, understanding, and hope.

When she isn’t writing, Birdy is a devoted mother to her three daughters affectionately known as her “baby dragons” and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She finds inspiration in music, the outdoors, video games, and her lifelong love of reading.
