Tim Ragan

Tim is the owner and operator of Career Constructors, a coaching and organizational performance consulting firm. He is fascinated with leveraging transformation challenges to build high performance behavior, and has discovered (through much experimentation) that he is most alive when working directly with individuals, work teams, and organizations to measurably improve their performance and mission effectiveness. He has university degrees in electrical engineering and business administration and lives in Ottawa, Canada, with his partner Colleen.
