Cary Gray

Gray grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, a day's ride away from Mark Twain's boyhood home. He spent his youth building forts and trebuchets, making artwork, and setting the odd abandoned couch on fire. He began writing in highschool, and by college it had taken hold. He creates short stories, poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction about his life and travels. Much of his writing leverages sarcasm and humor to better understand our struggles as individuals, and as members of the human race. He has dealt with themes of adventure, meditation, self-confidence, and disconnects in communication. He believes humanity will guide itself on a better and more sustainable trajectory when we begin to cooperate and transcend old paradigms.
