Barney Wiget became a Christian in northern California during the Jesus Movement in the 1970s. He planted and pastored three churches on the California coast for over thirty years, after which he lived in San Francisco, making disciples and serving the socially marginalized in some of the City’s bleakest streets. Today, from his home in Santa Cruz, California he serves the poor and unhoused, writes for his blog, website and podcast, and plays with his granddaughter.
