Matt DiPalma

Matt DiPalma, graphic designer and illustrator for 40+ years and lifelong history and science fiction enthusiast, has been collecting historical ephemera for over 30 years. Combining his love of history and art, he began reproducing his collection for motion pictures, museums, and living historians; his work has been seen at the Imperial War Museum, television shows Fringe and Royal Pains, and the motion pictures My Christmas Soldier and Sucker Punch. He is best known for the depth of research that he has poured into printing methods, stamps, and handwriting styles to accurately replicate the meticulous nature of German paperwork from the Second World War. Matt lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, where he works as a business development professional for a major government contractor.
