Alexander Draghici

Alexander is a Clinical Psychologist and a licensed Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy practitioner. His work mainly focuses on strategies designed to overcome the most common mental issues – anxiety, depression and stress. Through his practice, he promotes rational thinking and emotional awareness while helping others stay focused on the present and let go of the painful past.

During his teenage years, Alexander had his fair share of anxiety. Surprisingly, this issue of his was the spark that ignited his passion for Psychology and drove him to search for the best strategies to overcome such mood disorders. Writing is another way of reaching out to those who can benefit from his experience and knowledge.

When he’s not busy with his therapeutic practice or working on his books, Alexander likes to go for a jog in the Romanian forests or at least at the nearby gym. If the weather is too chilly for an outside jog, then you’ll probably find him in the comfort of his home, reading a good book or playing his guitar.
