Nancy Monson

Nancy has a long history of working both in the corporate and the personal transformation arenas. For over twenty years Nancy has coached and guided hundreds of senior leaders, executive teams, and entrepreneurs to be effective leaders using her strategic, pragmatic and intuitive skills. During this same time she has guided many individuals through challenging life transitions to connect with their inner guidance--their soul--to live the life they were born to live--their soul's purpose.

What makes Nancy unique in her work is the rare combination of her many years coaching business leaders, extensive training in the technologies of inner change and transformation, and her own lifelong pursuit of personal growth and spiritual development. This kaleidoscope of training and experience gives Nancy the ability to guide those who are truly ready to live their best life and their soul's purpose.

Nancy treasures the outdoors and spends as much time as she can hiking the hills around her California home. She has hiked the Sierra Nevada, Andes, Himalayas, Alaska Range, Brooks Range, and the Rockies; climbed frozen waterfalls, numerous rock faces and mountains; and camped on snowy glaciers. Her greatest accomplishment was climbing Denali, the highest peak in North America at a time when it was uncommon to see women in such sports. She believes nature is immensely healing and transformative, taking us to a deep place of inner connection with our own true nature.
