Robert Elliot Kaplan

Robert E. Kaplan is an historian of modern Europe, PhD from Cornell University. He has written on the politics of France's Third Republic, the military dimension of the Dreyfus Affair, the historiography of the Holocaust, and now, Germany's more than one hundred year old stealth campaign to rule the world.
