Dr. Alan Forsman

Alan, currently residing in Sarasota, Florida, has over thirty years of experience in organizational consulting. He specializes in executive coaching, team development, facilitation and training. Alan is coaching several executives from a variety of disciplines. He has taken substantial coursework in gerontology and started four older adult ministries while serving churches as a pastoral counselor/educator. In addition, he has consulted with several churches in starting significant older adult ministries. Alan has taught Adult Ministries and Older Adult Ministries at the seminary level.

Alan is married to Sara and they have lived in seven states. Together there are over twenty nieces and nephews who keep them abreast of current trends, as well as provide mutual mentoring-interacting around life skills and technology assistance.
