Barry Lee Dejasu

Born two blocks from the birthplace of H.P. Lovecraft and educated in Shirley Jackson's hometown, Barry Lee Dejasu lives and writes in Providence, Rhode Island.

His debut short story collection, Black City Skyline and Darker Horizons, was published in 2022 by Hippocampus Press.

A new short story, "Close Behind," was published in the 2022 anthology We Are Providence: Tales of Horror from the Ocean State, edited by L. E. Daniels and Christa Carmen.

Barry is a former journalist for Collider, Modern Fix magazine, New York Journal of Books, Cinema Knife Fight, and Shock Totem.

His last known whereabouts were outside of an abandoned train tunnel in the East Side of Providence.
