Chris Crosby

Chris Crosby is President of the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS), an independent college offering a Master's in Leadership, Management and Organization Development. He helps organizations align to measurable goals while engaging people to boost morale and results—an approach developed over years of international and domestic consulting, including work at Alcoa adding precise organization development structure to transform failing R&D projects into successful ones, and a global ERP implementation that achieved the highest marks on all measures, including employee satisfaction.

He is the author of three books, including Strategic Organizational Alignment and the two-volume Strategic Engagement: Practical Tools to Raise Morale and Increase Results, written from a practitioner's perspective with practical tools. Chris is grounded in applied behavioral science, focused on emotional intelligence, and teaches transformational self-development for organizational change and leadership at graduate level.
