John D. Ashton

John D. Ashton is the author of fantasy novel Crystal Castle.

His second novel, Hunter, a dark drama/thriller story with a supernatural element, came out in December 2017. One newspaper review read 'he could be the next Stephen King'. Highden Manor, a paranormal horror story, was released in August 2019. He has many short stories published in physical and online platforms, and in August 2020 released an anthology, Figures in the Fog, consisting of twenty-two short stories.

Born in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, he spends a lot of his spare time travelling, seeking out new creative ideas.
