Terressa Boykin

Des&Desi Chemistry Books were written by Terressa Boykin who is the President and CEO of the Boykin STEM Inc. (dba) Des&Desi Chemistry for Kids. Her specialty falls in creating children's science books that simplify STEM concepts. She is the creative force behind the children's chemistry book series Chemistry In My Dreams.

A former science teacher, Terressa has worked in the Polymer Engineering Technology field for almost 30 years. She is an active a member of the Education-STEM committee for the Chamber of Commerce. She has also partnered with the American Chemical Society as a Science Coach assisting teachers in planning, performing laboratory experiments, presenting lessons and mentoring students in various fields of science.

Terressa resides in Northern Virginia with her family and Kei the family pup.
